The laundry room was added in a significant remodel and expansion (1968), along with the back bathroom & the hallway adjoining both, and the two additional bedrooms and the hallway connecting them to the living room & the main hallway.
When we moved here in 2012, the laundry room had a lot of wood paneling, which was not in great shape. We took down the wood paneling & put sheetrock. Also, replaced the fluorescent tubes with a standard fixture.
