- 2015/12/04 – Surner did furnace clean & service annual tune up. Replaced air filter, nozzle, oil filter gasket … $137.84
- 2015/12/16 W – Bill Johnson installed door between back bathroom & bedroom; 12/17 installed threshold; will install magnet latch & sanding soon. $945 parts & labor, plus $500-ish for the Rockler barn-door fixture. Door is finished in Vermont Natural Coatings Polywhey (green no-VOC).
