- 2016/01/16 M – leaking roof near chimney. Called Young Roofing.
- 2016/01/23 M – Young Roofing fixing loose flashing on chimney that led to leaking roof. $168.13.
- 2016/03/14 M – ordered toto washlet 300e for [[back bathroom at 101 Red Gate Lane]]
- 2016/03/18 F – kitchen sink clogged. Pickering Plumber called; not a plumbing issue. Referred to rooter.
- 2016/03/19 Sa – West Mass Rooter / Mark Dansereau came out; snaked the 4″ out to the street; cleared it up. $170.
- 2016/03/25 F – DiBenedetto electrician, 8:30am, came out to give estimate. … persistently called them back for months & got an apology & a promise to send quote and then still no quote! argh.
- 2016/04/21 Th – Amherst Glass replacing single-paned windows in basement with double-paned windows, on all 3 windows. Replacing silicone sealant on the two sunroom windows, and measurements for the other two cloudy sunroom windows.
- 2016/04/27 W – Bill Johnson replacing light box at front of house. The original was not in good shape.
- 2016/05/06 F – quotes from Amherst Glass for 2 sunroom windows; quote from Surner for heat pump downstairs.
- 2016/05/08 Su – Hot water heater has some kind of leak. Rheem Mfg – Rheemglass Fury. Mfg Date 6/2011. Serial # 0611206386. Model 82MV52-2. 50 gallons.
** Sun – turned off power.
** Mon 4:45 – turned on power; running dishwasher.
** Mon 5/9 – making many other calls.
** Tue 5/10 – Frank Marchand came. It is a pinhole leak in the copper tubing coming out of the hot water area, above the head. He replaced it, $180-ish. Also quote for hot water heater / heat pump, $4500 (electrical, plumbing, disposing of the old one, the new $2200 heat pump) … $800 rebate from Mass Save.
** NOT GOING FORWARD — too expensive. - 2016/05/09 M – making calls about [[basement]] – [[basement floor]] epoxy treatment. — NOT GOING AHEAD YET.
- 2016/06/21 – Amherst Glass came by to replace glass windows in sunroom but had the wrong size. Reordering; back later.
- significant front yard cleanup with Zhem Behr – maybe $1500
** 7/1 landscape discussion with zhem - November – french drain work around front of house put in by Zhem Behr. Also leaf-blowing off roof.
- 2016/11/02 – Complete Pest Control. Termite and mouse protection.
- Tu 11/22 – Changed HVAC air filter.
- 2016/11/23 W – paid last to Amherst Glass for sunroom window replacements. Still need to pick up glass for front door wall wood lantern.
