- 2017/04/14 – Entry way tile finished.
- 2017 Aug / Sept / Oct – lots of [[mice at 101 Red Gate Lane]]
- October – Stan w/ Complete Pest Control came by & checked for termites (bait stations filled, not excessive use), wood-boring bees (no problem), and mice (lots in the basement & mudroom)
- Sept / Oct — basement work
** 9/30 — beginning basement clean-out. Changed air filter in HVAC.
** 10/14 & 10/15 — basement clean-out - 2017 Nov – thanksgiving — 2017/10/18 — scheduled Surner furnace check-up — basic $165 for standard nozzle, oil filter, training (?) cleaning (?) — for Fri 11/17
- 2017/12/22 – Young Roofers came to inspect.
