- Crawl space under sunroom — they are pulling out existing foam board which is on walls, to put in the vapor barrier … will assess after to see if it should be replaced. They are putting foam into the joists, but feel like the vapor barrier is more useful than the foam core on the walls themselves. … Solution: Take off foam core at the top part of the wall, to “mastick” the vapor barrier material to that portion, but leave foam core on the bottom part of the wall …
- Foam around walls — In some places there are sister joists — a joist right behind another one — and they can’t put the foam behind there. So they are taking that wall off the quote.
