Called Young Roofing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/01\/23 M &#8211; Young Roofing fixing loose flashing on chimney that led to leaking roof. $168.13.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/03\/14 M &#8211; ordered toto washlet 300e for [[back bathroom at 101 Red Gate Lane]]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/03\/18 F &#8211; kitchen sink clogged. Pickering Plumber called; not a plumbing issue. Referred to rooter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/03\/19 Sa &#8211; West Mass Rooter \/ Mark Dansereau came out; snaked the 4&#8243; out to the street; cleared it up. $170.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/03\/25 F &#8211; DiBenedetto electrician, 8:30am, came out to give estimate. \u2026 persistently called them back for months &amp; got an apology &amp; a promise to send quote and then still no quote! argh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/04\/21 Th &#8211; Amherst Glass replacing single-paned windows in basement with double-paned windows, on all 3 windows. Replacing silicone sealant on the two sunroom windows, and measurements for the other two cloudy sunroom windows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/04\/27 W &#8211; Bill Johnson replacing light box at front of house. The original was not in good shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/05\/06 F &#8211; quotes from Amherst Glass for 2 sunroom windows; quote from Surner for heat pump downstairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/05\/08 Su &#8211; Hot water heater has some kind of leak. Rheem Mfg &#8211; Rheemglass Fury. Mfg Date 6\/2011. Serial # 0611206386. Model 82MV52-2. 50 gallons.<br>** Sun &#8211; turned off power.<br>** Mon 4:45 &#8211; turned on power; running dishwasher.<br>** Mon 5\/9 &#8211; making many other calls.<br>** Tue 5\/10 &#8211; Frank Marchand came. It is a pinhole leak in the copper tubing coming out of the hot water area, above the head. He replaced it, $180-ish. Also quote for hot water heater \/ heat pump, $4500 (electrical, plumbing, disposing of the old one, the new $2200 heat pump) \u2026 $800 rebate from Mass Save.<br>** NOT GOING FORWARD &#8212; too expensive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/05\/09 M &#8211; making calls about [[basement]] &#8211; [[basement floor]] epoxy treatment. &#8212; NOT GOING AHEAD YET.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/06\/21 &#8211; Amherst Glass came by to replace glass windows in sunroom but had the wrong size. Reordering; back later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>significant front yard cleanup with Zhem Behr &#8211; maybe $1500<br>** 7\/1 landscape discussion with zhem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November &#8211; french drain work around front of house put in by Zhem Behr. Also leaf-blowing off roof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/11\/02 &#8211; Complete Pest Control. Termite and mouse protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu 11\/22 &#8211; Changed HVAC air filter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016\/11\/23 W &#8211; paid last to Amherst Glass for sunroom window replacements.
