Maybe the concept should be asymmetric?

		<description>Perhaps the problem is with the word &#039;rights&#039; rather than &#039;intellectual&#039; or &#039;information&#039;.
By using rights you are immediatley locking yourself in the is-that-really-allowed-or-should-it-be-illegal battle.

Since we are focussing on things people do, like create, thinker, communicate, perhaps a word like &#039;ability&#039; is more appropriate.

e.g. I don&#039;t want the law to limit my intellectual abilities.

Ofcourse there might be a nicer word for abilities as well.</description>
